ORDER CHARGES

To get your items to you quick, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you will be issued a refund for that item and notified. Though we check all orders very carefully before placing them in the post, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. So please the time to review your order carefully before submitting your order.

SHIPPING

Is by Royal Mail standard service and they aim to Deliver within these time periods:

  • UK: 1 – 3 days
  • Europe: 3 days
  • USA: 5 days
  • Canada: 3 days
  • Elsewhere may take 5-7 days
    (Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded)

IMPORTANT :
I do ship promptly within 24 hours but in some cases mails my take longer to arrive as the dates given by Royal Mail is just a guide this is always out of my control.
Unfortunately Royal Mail will not class the item as lost until 10 working days after the due date for UK only, for Europe 20 working days after the due date and 25 working days after the due date for international (outside UK and Europe).
Not all Royal Mail service are track able, though I always have a reference number and will contact them if any issue arise.

When your item posted, you will receive an email informing you.

POSTAL ADDRESS

We will ship to the Paypal or shipping address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right.

DISCOUNT CODES

Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on the condition that the item has not used (unworn, unwashed, no smells etc), you will be fully refunded after I receive it, excluding shipping costs. Please notify me within 48 hours of your item arrival.
Return shipping cost is on the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.

Please note that Sale items are only exchangeable.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 24hrs of your item arrival.
It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries arrival. All damaged items must be in condition that the item has not used. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors and cutting garments will not be replaced.

The items will be for exchanges only. The items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order for the exchange. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3 working days.
