Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Ans) Yes we do by using Royal Mail standard service and they aim to Deliver within these time periods:

  • UK: 1 – 3 days
  • Europe: 3 days
  • USA: 5 days
  • Canada: 3 days
  • Elsewhere may take 5-7 days
    (Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded)

Q: I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Ans) Sorry to hear that you have not yet received your item, if that is that case.

It is common for things to be delayed or misplaced during transit with Royal Mail. Unfortunately Royal Mail will not class the item as lost until 10 working days after the due date for UK only, for Europe 20 working days after the due date and 25 working days after the due date for international (outside UK and Europe).

If the item does arrive at a later date please contact us, confirming your address to see what we can do.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDERS?

Ans) Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or during a bank holiday will be place in the post the next working day (working days are Monday to Friday).

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?

Ans) Unfortunately not all Royal Mail service track able, though I always have a reference number and will contact them if any issue arise. If your order is track able once it has been place in the post you will receive an emai
